These terms cover the NordikMC server, nordikmc.com and our Discord. Connect and you accept them. NordikMC is run by one person based in Quebec, Canada.
The server is in open alpha. Things break, features change, and it restarts without warning. There is no uptime guarantee.
The alpha world is deleted at Season 1. Every build, every item, every claim and every coin. That is planned and it will not be reversed by request. Everyone who plays during the alpha keeps the Alpha Set cosmetics and the [Alpha] tag on the Season 1 world.
You need a legitimate Minecraft account on Java or Bedrock, and Mojang's own licence and usage guidelines apply to you here as everywhere. If you are under 14, get a parent or guardian to agree first. Our Discord follows Discord's minimum age of 13.
The rules are in game with /rules, in English and French, and that is the version that counts. The short form: no cheating, no hacked clients, no exploiting bugs for gain, no griefing or stealing, no harassment or hate speech, no spam or advertising, no impersonating staff, and no attacking the server. Do not sell or trade anything from the server for real money.
Find a bug that makes you rich and report it. Reporting is rewarded. Using it is not.
We can warn, mute, kick or ban when these terms or the rules are broken. Ban evasion makes it permanent. Every punishment can be appealed at support@nordikmc.com or on our Discord, and we read every appeal.
Everything you have here is a row in our database. Items, currency, cosmetics and progress have no real-world value, are not your property, and can be adjusted, reset or removed, especially during the alpha and especially where a bug created them. They end at the Season 1 wipe regardless.
No pay-to-win, ever. Looks and small comforts are the only things that will ever be for sale. No gear, no stats, no money, no flying over the map. Nothing you can buy puts you ahead of someone who played longer.
Nothing is on sale yet. When a store opens, the purchase and refund terms go on this page first, and your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act apply in full. Anyone selling ranks, keys or items in our name is scamming you. Tell us.
You keep what you make. By posting on our server, site or Discord you let us display it there and use screenshots and clips of gameplay to promote the server. Ask us and we will take a specific one down. You are responsible for what you post, and we can remove anything that breaks these terms.
NordikMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
The server is free and provided as is, with no promise that it will be online, that your data survives, or that it exists next month. We are not responsible for lost items, lost builds, lost progress or downtime. Nothing here removes a right Quebec law gives you that cannot be removed by contract, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
We can change features, change these terms, or end your access at any time. You can stop at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
The laws of Quebec apply, and any dispute goes before the courts of Quebec.
