These terms cover the NordikMC server, nordikmc.com and our Discord. Connect and you accept them. NordikMC is run by one person based in Quebec, Canada.
The server is in open alpha. Things break, features change, and it restarts without warning. There is no uptime guarantee.
Season 1 opens in December 2026, and the alpha world is deleted when it does. Every build, every item, every claim and every coin. That is planned and it will not be reversed by request. The exact day is announced ahead of time. Everyone who plays during the alpha keeps the Alpha Set cosmetics and the [Alpha] tag on the Season 1 world. Anything else we describe as permanent is kept the same way, through this wipe and every wipe after it. Cosmetics are looks. The armour and gear you get from crates are items, and they go with the world like everything you built with them.
You need a legitimate Minecraft account on Java or Bedrock, and Mojang's own licence and usage guidelines apply to you here as everywhere. If you are under 14, get a parent or guardian to agree first. Our Discord follows Discord's minimum age of 13.
The rules are in game with /rules, in English and French, and that is the version that counts. The short form: no cheating, no hacked clients, no exploiting bugs for gain, no griefing or stealing, no harassment or hate speech, no spam or advertising, no impersonating staff, and no attacking the server. Do not sell or trade anything from the server for real money.
Find a bug that makes you rich and report it. Reporting is rewarded. Using it is not.
We can warn, mute, kick or ban when these terms or the rules are broken. Ban evasion makes it permanent. Every punishment can be appealed at support@nordikmc.com or on our Discord, and we read every appeal.
Everything you have here is a row in our database. Items, currency, cosmetics and progress have no real-world value, are not your property, and can be adjusted, reset or removed, especially during the alpha and especially where a bug created them. They end at the Season 1 wipe regardless.
No pay-to-win, ever. Looks and small comforts are the only things that will ever be for sale. No gear, no stats, no money, no flying over the map. Nothing you can buy puts you ahead of someone who played longer.
You are buying a cosmetic or a small comfort on our server, tied to your Minecraft account. You are not buying an item, a world, an account, or anything you can hold outside the game. We keep running the server and you get what the product says you get, for as long as the server runs.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is handled by Tebex, our store provider, and the purchase receipt comes from them.
Play once before you buy. We deliver to your Minecraft account and we find it by the name you played under, so we can only deliver to an account that has already been on the server. If you have never joined, join once and then buy. This matters most on Bedrock, where the name you sign in with is not one we can look up anywhere else.
Delivery is automatic and usually lands within a few minutes. Some rewards are given the next time you log in, because they need you to be online to be applied. If nothing has arrived after 24 hours, write to us before opening a dispute. Almost every delivery failure we have seen is a mistyped username, and we can fix that in a minute.
Buy for the account you actually play. If you type the wrong name, tell us quickly and we will move it. Once someone else has used a reward, we cannot always take it back.
The alpha world is deleted at Season 1. That is in the alpha section above and it applies to purchases too: builds, items, claims and coins all go.
What we sell during the alpha is the part that does not go. Where a product says a tag, a cosmetic or a role is permanent, it survives the wipe and every wipe after it. If we ever fail to carry one of those across, that is a refund and you do not have to argue about it.
Your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act apply in full, and nothing on this page takes them away. On top of those rights, this is our own policy:
Ask by email at support@nordikmc.com from the address you paid with, or by opening a ticket in our Discord. Include the receipt number Tebex sent you. We answer within 7 days.
A ban does not refund a purchase. If you are banned for breaking the rules, what you bought stays bought and stays unusable, and appeals go through the path in the moderation section.
If you open a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us, the store blocks the account automatically and the rewards are removed. That is Tebex's system, not a punishment we apply by hand. It is also avoidable: ask us first, we refund readily, and there is no version of this where you are better off going to the bank before you have written to us.
We sell through our own store and nowhere else. Anyone offering NordikMC ranks, keys, tags or items anywhere else is scamming you. Tell us and we will say so publicly.
You keep what you make. By posting on our server, site or Discord you let us display it there and use screenshots and clips of gameplay to promote the server. Ask us and we will take a specific one down. You are responsible for what you post, and we can remove anything that breaks these terms.
NordikMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
The server is free and provided as is, with no promise that it will be online, that your data survives, or that it exists next month. We are not responsible for lost items, lost builds, lost progress or downtime. Nothing here removes a right Quebec law gives you that cannot be removed by contract, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
We can change features, change these terms, or end your access at any time. You can stop at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
The laws of Quebec apply, and any dispute goes before the courts of Quebec.
